The Service

BulkBGRemove provides AI-powered bulk background removal. You upload images, we remove the backgrounds, you download the results.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

Payments

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
• Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• On-demand credits never expire.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent usage limits.
• Resell the service without our permission.

Your Images

You own your images. We only process them to provide the service. We do not claim ownership or use them for any other purpose.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best but cannot guarantee perfect results for every image. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
